Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate tailored therapy approaches to assist them in reaching their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply research-supported methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side-by-side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families on therapy methods to facilitate continuous progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and revise treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and actively supported

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
