Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy approaches to help them meet their specific functioning goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based strategies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and ability to perform daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to facilitate comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to encourage sustained improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring patients stay on the path to recovery.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is mandatory.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
