ERP Technical Developer

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical development and support for large-scale enterprise ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Java enterprise application development including stack trace analysis and backend troubleshooting.

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL for developing complex database objects and executing performance tuning.

• Experience in systems integration using REST APIs, ETL processes, and Pentaho Data Integration.

• Experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as JBoss and Oracle Middleware for Java environments.

• Experience with automated batch scheduling tools like Control-M and shell scripting in Linux environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating technical issue resolution with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom software components and technical configurations for the core ERP platform.

• Architect inbound and outbound data interfaces utilizing REST APIs and XML/JSON exchange protocols.

• Optimize Oracle database performance through advanced SQL tuning and data validation procedures.

• Troubleshoot complex batch job failures and process dependencies within a Control-M environment.

• Maintain enterprise middleware stability across JBoss and Oracle application server infrastructures.

• Implement automated development workflows and repetitive task optimization using AI-assisted engineering tools.

• Author comprehensive technical documentation including interface mappings, deployment runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
