Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — South Burlington, Vermont, United States. This travel - temporary assignment starts 09/29/2026 and runs for several weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer prescribed medications and document dosages and responses per policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess resident status, and report changes promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
- Perform basic wound care and skin integrity checks; implement facility protocols for care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory requirements during shifts.

Requirements
- Active Vermont Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing (or eligible for practice in the state).
- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts.
- Comfortable delivering care in a long-term care setting and collaborating with a care team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; competent documentation practices.
- Eligibility to work in the United States for a travel assignment.
- Commitment to meeting assignment policies and resident care standards.
