Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough evaluations of patients, ordering necessary tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic healthcare issues alongside physicians or independently (as permitted)
• Guiding patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with your practice authority

• Maintaining detailed and precise records within electronic medical systems (EMR)

Education and Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar specialization
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire them within 90 days)
