Prime Meats está buscando un Representante de Ventas Externas que hable español con fluidez para unirse a su equipo en el área de Richmond/Fairfax, VA.
Si hablas español con fluidez y cuentas con al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas (incluyendo al menos 1 año en la industria de carnes, alimentos o bebidas), ¡Prime Meats quiere conocerle!

Funciones y responsabilidades esenciales
- Administrar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes compuesta por restaurantes, carnicerías, supermercados, distribuidores y otros negocios de la industria alimentaria, construyendo relaciones sólidas que garanticen el crecimiento y éxito a largo plazo.
- Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la prospección activa de restaurantes independientes, cadenas de restaurantes, mercados especializados, tiendas de comestibles y establecimientos enfocados en productos cárnicos de alta calidad.
- Incrementar las ventas a través de estrategias de retención de clientes, ampliación de líneas de productos, venta cruzada y aumento de volumen, manteniendo siempre márgenes de rentabilidad saludables para la empresa.
- Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes actuales y potenciales para presentar productos, promover ofertas, resolver inquietudes y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales.
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas semanales, mensuales y trimestrales mediante una gestión eficaz del territorio asignado y una planificación estratégica de las actividades comerciales.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del mercado local, la competencia, las tendencias de la industria alimentaria y las necesidades específicas de restaurantes, carnicerías y supermercados de la región.
- Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente, anticipar posibles problemas y coordinar soluciones oportunas con los equipos internos para garantizar un servicio excepcional.
- Preparar cotizaciones, gestionar negociaciones y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de venta desde la prospección inicial hasta el cierre del negocio.
