Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
• Experience providing direct and indirect speech therapy services in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with staff, students, and families
• Comfort with diverse caseloads and IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services to students, ensuring their unique needs are addressed
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate in advisory meetings, tapping into established support systems and professional development opportunities
