Step into an engaging role supporting elementary students as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) near Missouri City, TX. This contract opportunity spans 37.5 hours per week, focused on an elementary campus conveniently located near 288. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students towards the end of the year, including those in intervention, as well as working collaboratively with an ECSE classroom, a self-contained K-4th setting, and a behavioral support program.

Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping students achieve communication excellence within an energetic and collaborative school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
• Demonstrated experience in school settings is essential; TX school experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with elementary-aged children and familiarity with special education classroom environments
• Organized, self-motivated, and accustomed to managing a dynamic caseload
• Must currently reside within commuting distance for onsite support
• Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants are not eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and support staff to ensure holistic student development
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state documentation requirements
• Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families and educational teams
