Tech Support Specialist Phone & Remote Assistance

NCCO

National Checking Company (NCCO) in St. Paul, MN is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support professional to assist users of DateCodeGenie, RightBytes, and Task Manager.

You will work with Android tablets, thermal printers, and mobile apps to diagnose issues and guide users toward effective solutions. The role requires at least a 2-year college degree or equivalent experience, a year of call-center support, and familiarity with CRM/Salesforce and ERP systems.
