Director of Luxury Events & Revenue Growth

Director of Sales and Business Development being sought to lead a high-end sales team. You will drive revenue growth for luxury weddings, corporate galas, and exclusive private events. You will turn our award-winning culinary and design reputation into signed contracts and lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate deeply understands the operations side of catering and events, ensuring that what we sell can be executed flawlessly. You will have direct leadership responsibilities for a dedicated team of 6 sales and event professionals. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue: Meet or beat annual sales goals for high-end catering and event bookings. Lead a Team of 6: Directly manage, mentor, and train our 6-person sales and event coordination team. Bridge Sales and Operations: Apply deep operational knowledge to review event contracts, floor plans, and production timelines so execution runs smoothly. Build Relationships: Network with luxury planners, elite venues, and corporate decision-makers. Client Consultations: Guide VIP clients through custom event concepts, tastings, and proposal generation. Market Strategy: Spot new market trends and pitch creative strategies to expand our high-end portfolio. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with our culinary, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee five-star execution. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of luxury sales experience in high-end catering, hospitality, or luxury events. Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of event logistics, kitchen flow, setup/teardown processes, and venue rules. People Management: Proven track record of directly managing, coaching, and developing a team of 5 or more professionals. Network: Strong existing connections with luxury event planners, venues, and high-net-worth clients. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills with a polished, professional presence.
