As a Behavior Teachnician - at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC, you will be working with our dedicated team to provide professional and highly individualized in-home behavioral therapy to clients with autism. About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans designed to promote meaningful and measurable improvement. Your expertise in autism services will enable you to provide high-quality care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans for clients with autism
Conduct in-home therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in autism services
