Sales Account Executive Commercial Design Build Solutions
Are you a true hunter in B2B sales who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value deals? Ready to move beyond transactional selling and into a consultative, project-driven sales role?
We're partnering with a leading commercial design/build firm to hire a Sales Account Executive to drive new business and grow a high-value territory.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new business with architects, developers, and business owners
- Sell end-to-end commercial design/build and furnishing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach ? proposal ? close
- Build strategic partnerships with brokers, contractors, and designers
- Develop and manage a $1M+ pipeline
What Success Looks Like
- $500K+ in new revenue in year one
- 2+ qualified meetings per week
- Strong partner network ("power partners") established early
- Consistent pipeline growth and deal flow
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven hunter mentality (prospecting, cold outreach, closing)
- Experience selling into commercial real estate, design, or construction is a big plus
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
- Self-starter who can own a territory
Compensation
- $80K base + uncapped commission
- Top performers earn $200K+
