Phlebotomist

Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm and rotating Saturdays. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification, or completed training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
