Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Training & development Responsibilities As the ACD, you are the "right hand" to the Center Director, ensuring both the classroom and the business thrive. Assist in converting leads into enrollments by promptly responding to inquiries and building trust with families. Lead and coach the instructional team to deliver individualized math support in a group setting. Support student assessments, create customized learning plans, and communicate progress effectively to parents. Teach and tutor using the Mathnasium Method™ for both in-person and online sessions. Become proficient in digital educational tools and assist with administrative tasks to keep the center professional and organized. Qualifications Exceptional proficiency in math (at least through Algebra I). All candidates must pass a math literacy test. Ability to balance educational needs with the sales goals of the center. Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with families and staff. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to cultivate a positive team environment.
