Escrow Assistant

Job Summary Escrow Assistant – Everett, WA Support the Escrow team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing documents, handling disbursements, and following up. Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the escrow flow. Interpret escrow‑related agreements and facilitate smooth closings. Utilize multiple technologies to enable escrow transactions and deliver a superior customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred. Passion for customer service and a professional, positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and detail‑oriented mindset. Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver beyond customer expectations. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and adaptability to new software applications and technologies.
