Summary:

**Required Certifications:** - ACLS (American Heart Association) - BLS (American Heart Association) - NIHSS **Experience and Skills:** - Ability and experience required to titrate drips (such as Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications) - Positive attitude, good communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to problem solve needed for success on the unit **Additional Requirements:** - RN's must pass an open-book exam related to skills learned during orientation, with a requirement to score at least 90%. - Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care departments. - Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius and should not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. **Additional Notes:** - Driving license required at submittal to verify the 50-mile rule compliance. - Candidates must not have any relationship with identified facilities within the specified distance or employment types.
