Production Lead

Job Title

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines

- Supervise production staff

- Monitor quality control to ensure products meet company standards

- Must have experience leading others.

- We want the person to be able to communicate with employees who speak English and Spanish.

- Must live local and have reliable transportation

- Must have high reach/electric pallet jack

- Must have scanning experience/inventory

Experience:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management

- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
