Shift : 2nd shift M-FR (3PM-11:30PM)
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :
- Lead and supervise production team on 2nd shift
- Ensure compliance with all safety and PPE guidelines
- Train and support process technicians, operators, and packers
- Fill in for production positions when needed
- Conduct daily audits and verify machine paperwork accuracy
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- 2-3 years of experience in plastics or manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
