Salary $210k - $230k, hybrid schedule 3 days/week onsite EOE, including Veterans/Disability Essential Functions Financial Leadership and Growth Support Serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team and participate in the development of corporate strategy Translate approved strategic priorities into financial, operational, and resource plans Develop and recommend the financial strategy required to support the company’s growth from approximately $30 million to $100 million in annual revenue Provide timely, clear, and decision-oriented analysis of financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare financial evaluations and recommendations for major bids, partnerships, joint ventures, capital investments, make-or-buy decisions, and other strategic initiatives Support long-range planning, annual operating plans, and periodic forecasts in alignment with Rheinmetall reporting and governance requirements Financial Planning, Analysis, and Performance Management Build and lead a scalable FP&A capability with driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, cash forecasting, and scenario modeling #J-18808-Ljbffr American Rheinmetall
