#### **The Position Overview**

We are a private commercial data-intelligence and financial brokerage firm. We are hunting for ruthless, articulate, and performance-driven outbound appointment setters based in Latin America or the Philippines to call US-based business owners.

You will be spearheading outbound B2B campaigns for high-ticket commercial services, primarily focusing on:

* **Commercial Real Estate (CRE):** Securing meetings with investment companies and fix-and-flip operators.
* **Commercial Finance:** Uncovering businesses eligible for Federal SBA 7(a) Business Loans.

**This is a pure Appointment Setting role.** You do not have to close the deal. Your only job is to get past the gatekeeper, qualify the prospect, and secure a calendar meeting with the decision-maker. We handle the close.

#### **The Compensation & Progression Structure**

We operate a strict, high-yield performance structure. If you need a guaranteed hourly rate just to log in and look at a screen, do not apply.

* **Months 1 to 3 (Probationary Phase):** 100% Commission-Only as an Independent Contractor (1099). You earn **$500 for every meeting you book that results in a signed contract** (average payout latency is 15 days post-meeting). You also earn pipeline bonuses for high-ticket SBA loan referrals.
* **Transparency:** You will have full CRM visibility. You will see exactly where your booked meetings stand in our pipeline.
* **Month 4+ (Performance Base Retention):** Upon hitting your volume targets during the 90-day probation, you will transition to a permanent **Hourly Base Salary PLUS Commission**.

#### **Requirements**

* **Flawless, Near-Native English:** Exceptional verbal communication. You must be capable of speaking peer-to-peer with American real estate investors and CEOs.
* **B2B Call Center or Inside Sales Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience handling cold outbound B2B sales or appointment setting.
* **Technical Sovereignty:** A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a noise-canceling headset, and a completely quiet remote workspace.
