Remote Bilingual Client Services Specialist Life Insurance

RateHub is seeking a Client Services Assistant to support brokers and clients in the life insurance process, from lead intake through policy servicing. This remote role includes coordinating cases, updating client details, and making outbound calls to leads. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English and has experience in client service.
