KeyResponsibilities:

Accuratelyprocessbillinginformationandgenerateinvoicesinatimelymanner.
Maintainandupdatebillingrecordsandcustomeraccounts.
Resolvebillingdiscrepanciesandrespondtocustomerinquiriesefficiently.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurebillingaccuracyandcompliance.
Prepareandanalyzefinancialreportsrelatedtobillingoperations.

Requirements:

Provenexperienceinbilling,accounting,orarelatedfield.
Strongattentiontodetailandexcellentorganizationalskills.
ProficiencyinbillingsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
Excellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagetimeeffectivelyinaremoteenvironment.
