We are seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center in Sykesville, Maryland. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities
• Greet visitors, residents, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and respond to emails
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Provide administrative support to the administrative team
• Perform other clerical duties as needed
