Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. Source, screen, and assess qualified candidates across multiple functions. Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Qualifications for the Recruiter:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for professional services, legal, corporate, or business support roles preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
