This is an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to work on complex, high-exposure matters involving mass torts and product liability claims. The role offers hands-on experience, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to contribute to sophisticated litigation strategies while working closely with experienced attorneys.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skillsActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, required.4-5 years of substantive general litigation experienceExposure to mass tort and product liability litigation preferredExperience in insurance defense or construction litigation is a plusExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrated commitment to client service and responsivenessStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters effectivelyKey ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage various phases of complex litigation matters, including mass tort and product liability casesConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documentsAssist with discovery, including document review, drafting requests and responses, and preparing for depositionsCollaborate with partners and litigation teams to develop case strategiesParticipate in client communications and provide updates on case progressWork on matters involving high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictionsContribute to a team-focused environment while maintaining ownership of assigned tasksWhy Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established litigation team handling sophisticated mass tort and product liability matters.
