Digital Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do Guide the development of digital growth marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, nurture, and ROI Plan cohesive digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, webinars, and display advertising Work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies across growth-focused digital channels Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance in partnership with the Growth Analytics team Identify trends and insights and use them to optimize spend and performance Recommend A/B testing opportunities to continually optimize campaigns, tactics, creative, and marketing assets Coach cross-functional teams on digital marketing best practices across emails, landing pages, forms, ads, and other tactics Manage relationships with outside vendors and agency partners Provide input on lead nurturing, buying group journeys, email campaigns, conversion optimization, and sales handoffs Stay current on digital marketing trends, technology, and best practices and serve as a subject matter expert Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, analytics, and development teams to identify and solve business needs What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation experience Strong understanding of digital strategy, lead generation, customer acquisition, and the marketing funnel Experience managing digital marketing programs and agency relationships Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations Experience with campaign reporting, performance measurement, and optimization Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email, social, display, and web marketing Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Experience with Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo is a plus Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and business intelligence tools is a plus Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr HireMinds
