Midwest Dental Implantology is a Periodontal/Implant practice located in St. Charles, IL that has been in practice for over 40 years! They are looking for a detailed oriented, self-motivated team member to help care for their patients at the front desk. This person will also assist the Doctor in treatment planning their cases and coordinating patient care.

Computer experience a must and dental experience a definite plus. Candidate must have superb written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment. This is a full time position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant in morning meetings with the Doctor and assistants

• Present recommended treatment to patients along with scheduling and any coordination of care

• Review prescription information with patients and send any medical release forms

• Welcome patients in person and by telephone, answering inquiries or directing questions to the appropriate Doctor or staff member

• Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing the Doctor's schedule and patient access

• Respond promptly and professionally to patients and referring doctors, including phone calls, voicemails, portal messages, and emails

• Accept patient payments in person, or via phone or mail

• Gather and accurately record dental and insurance information from patients

• See that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with legal requirements, including HIPAA regulations

• Create end of day reports including total production and collection
