The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will supervise discipline‑specific therapy services, provide patient and family education, and participate in student learning and performance improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings with competency in comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and developing functional treatment plans. Ability to document clearly, accurately, and timely using electronic medical records, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry. Familiarity with patient safety practices, safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting 60‑minute initial evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑up treatment sessions. Prior experience supervising students or mentoring clinical learners. Demonstrated participation in performance improvement projects or professional development plans. Assignment Details Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8 format.
