Gabletek – Commissioning / Startup Technician OpportunitiesGabletek is currently seeking experienced Commissioning and Startup Technicians for an upcoming project in Calvert, Alabama starting June 3rd. We are looking for multiple resources to support a fast-paced industrial startup environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPLC commissioning and startup supportVFD (SINAMICS) parameterization and encoder configurationTroubleshooting electrical and controls systemsSafety system validation including E-stops, limit switches, overload protection, and full control/power system testingNo-load testing and system verificationEmergency brake programming integrated with PLC and MH DriveVerification and testing of control logic per operation philosophyCompletion of remaining electrical and commissioning points on-siteSupport load testing and startup activities as neededRequirementsExperience with industrial commissioning and startup projectsStrong PLC troubleshooting and commissioning backgroundExperience with SINAMICS drives and VFD parameterization preferredAbility to work long hours and travel as requiredStrong electrical and controls troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentAdditional InformationCompetitive pay ratePer diem includedTravel opportunityPotential for long-term opportunities based on performancePrefer candidates ready to start right away
