An opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This contract-to-hire role is located in State College, PA, working at a well-established medical center pharmacy.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Contract to Hire
• Location: State College, PA
• Facility: Hospital medical center pharmacy
• Number of Openings: 3
• Shift Length: 10-hour shifts
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Shift Times: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:15 AM – 8:45 PM
• Weekend work required; no on-call or holiday requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with pharmacy protocols
• Assist pharmacists in daily operational tasks within the hospital pharmacy
• Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee license from the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• Minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
