Associate Creative Director

Ribbon and Bows Oh My! is seeking a full-time Associate Creative Director to lead visual branding and creative direction for a ribbon-focused business. This in-house role centers on designing original patterns, guiding collections from concept to production-ready assets, and producing short-form social content that supports campaigns and launches. Role Focus Design original ribbon patterns and graphics aimed at shaping trends in the craft and hair accessory space Own creative direction for ribbon collections, from mood boards through production-ready files Create high-quality visuals for social media, the website, and product launches Film and edit short-form content for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook Style and shoot DIY or tutorial content that connects with customers Support seasonal campaigns and product launches, contributing from concept to execution Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, and product teams Responsibilities You will translate creative direction into deliverables that can be used across collections, product launches, and digital channels. Work includes pattern and graphic creation, visual asset development for web and social, and hands-on production of short-form content. Required Skills Strong graphic design skills, with emphasis on illustration and pattern design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , especially Illustrator , Photoshop , and Premiere Experience designing for physical products, such as fabric, ribbon, apparel, or packaging (a significant plus) A portfolio demonstrating visual taste and the ability to design for real customers Comfort with content creation, including styling, shooting, and editing Awareness of what is trending within the DIY or craft aesthetic space Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Tools & Platforms Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook Shopify Work Arrangement The position is onsite in Chattanooga, TN .
