Help home and business owners recover after fire, water, and storm damage — and be part of something meaningful in your local community.Key Responsibilities:Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial propertiesSet up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as neededPerform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouseCommunicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional mannerDocument daily job activity using mobile app (training provided)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with clean driving record (Required)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentComfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditionsPrior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required)IICRC Certification is a bonus — we provide training and growth opportunities!Why SERVPRO?Competitive hourly pay + overtimeOn-the-job training with room to growPaid holidays and vacation timeA positive, team-focused work environmentOpportunities for advancement and certificationCompensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
