Experienced Service TechnicianOliver Ford is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for an A or B Level technician looking for a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford Vehicles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Ford Certified Technician Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and morePerform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concernsAccurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systemsCommunicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelinesComplete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specificationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletinsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work areaSupport less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environmentQualificationsCertifications: Ford or Lincoln Certification is requiredExperience: 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repairEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, service software, and repair proceduresWork Ethic: Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanshipCommunication: Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customersTeam Player: Willing to collaborate and assist with shop-wide goalsLicense: Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsOliver Ford Lincoln is a 3rd generation dealer that has not lost the “Family” feel!
