Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 6:45 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital Operating Room setting
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting throughout the shift
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one call shift per six-week rotation
• Work one Saturday shift per six-week rotation as part of the weekend requirement
• Float to like units or sister facilities within the state as operationally needed
• Commit to working three of five designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of Operating Room RN experience
• Active, unencumbered California RN license (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Los Angeles fire card obtained within the last 30 days
• Ability to disclose any license or background hits at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
• Experience floating between multiple units or facilities
