Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience with elementary students preferred
• Strong knowledge of initial evaluations and re-evaluations processes
• Excellent communication, consultation, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other mental health professionals

Responsibilities:

• Manage an elementary caseload focused on conducting intial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Assess and interpret cognitive, academic, and social-emotional data to help determine student needs
• Develop strategies and recommendations to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to foster positive learning environments
• Stay current on best practices and legal requirements in school psychology
