Responsibilities24 hours/ 7 days Monitoring and operation based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systemsPerform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in DatacenterDatacenter facility monitoring and visual checkupsKnowledge on power, cabling, low voltage, generator, cooling related facility QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience working in data centersStrong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware. Dell/HP servers, EMC Storage devices, Oracle Exadata, Smart PDUsFamiliarity with operating systemsExperience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.Linux, Windows, Storage, Network certification preferredCapability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to work in confined spaces or at heights as requiredFlexibility to work extended hours or shifts based on project demandsAssociate Degree, or higher, equivalent experience and certificationBilingual(Korean) Skill preferred But not requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C *** Compensation: USD 30 - USD 32 - hourly
