Testing & Violations Supervisor

Job Overview Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Testing and Violations Supervisor responsible for managing service operations specifically for testing and violations management. This includes overseeing multiple testing teams and managing repairs, billable repair coordination, and execution of testing deficiencies. The role has an operational goal through coordination, management of information and resources to minimize fine exposure due to late filings. Key Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators. Responsible for all testing and violation‑related coordination and execution. Field education training, safety training and compliance. Quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor, materials and other assets. Lead and direct the performance of field operations. Qualifications Field experience preferred or experience leading a technical team. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly team‑oriented and dynamic environment. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. New York City Department of Buildings Inspector or Director’s License preferred. Self‑motivated individuals who can manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities. Salary The salary range for this role is $134,000 - $160,000. Pay within the range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
