We are looking for a proven dealership Service Manager who understands that in a luxury automotive environment, the customer experience is everything.
Every phone call. Every text. Every email. Every conversation. Every service visit.
Every customer touch point must deliver a luxury experience.
You will lead a high-performance service department with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, communication, accountability, productivity, and profitability.

THE EXPECTATION
Your mission is straightforward:
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while building a highly accountable, profitable service operation.
You will lead and develop our Service Advisors and Technicians, establish clear expectations, measure performance, coach your team, and hold people accountable for results.
We expect our Service Manager to be highly visible, hands-on, and engaged with both customers and employees.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Luxury customers expect more—and we expect our team to deliver more.
You will set and enforce the standard for:
•    Detailed, timely, and proactive customer communication
•    Professional communication by phone, text, email, and face-to-face
•    Clear explanations and consistent updates throughout the repair process
•    Immediate ownership of customer concerns
•    Exceptional vehicle delivery and follow-up
•    Customer retention and long-term relationship building

Our customers should never have to chase us for an update.
We don't wait for a CSI survey to discover whether we delivered a great experience. We build that experience into every interaction.

LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY
You must have proven experience managing a dealership service team and know how to get results from both Service Advisors and Technicians.
You will be responsible for:
•    Setting clear performance expectations
•    Driving accountability and productivity
•    Coaching and developing employees
•    Addressing performance issues quickly
•    Building a culture of urgency, professionalism, and teamwork
•    Consistently achieving strong CSI and customer retention
•    Improving department production and profitability

Accountability is not optional. Results matter.
Corporate, manufacturer, and dealership policies and procedures must be followed—every time.

Previous Dealership Service Manager experience is required.
