This position plays a key part in creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment a patient arrives. As part of our Revenue Cycle System Services/Patient Access team, you will be the face of our organization helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for. What Youll Do Provide warm, attentive check-in and registration support Verify insurance eligibility and make corrections when needed Schedule clinic and radiology appointments with accuracy Collaborate closely with clinical teams daily to ensure smooth patient flow Escort or transport patients (including wheelchair assistance) between clinical areas. Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance. Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships. Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
