About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the right-hand person to the CCO, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, operational efficiencies, and cross-collaboration efforts. This highly visible position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, capable of serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team and ensuring the successful execution of the company's vision and strategy. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to the CCO, managing the business planning process, leading cross-functional initiatives, and scaling customer operations. The role also involves budget planning and management, as well as driving the design and running of various meeting cadences. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 10 years' of customer operations business experience or in a post-sales role. A minimum of 5 years' in project or program management, and demonstrated senior-level leadership experience in customer and business operations within a SaaS or technology company, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role calls for a professional with sound judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to lead teams and drive organizational change.
