Housing Justice Intake Specialist

Catholic Community Services seeks an Intake Case Manager to be the first point of contact for tenants seeking legal help and to connect low-income tenants to timely services. The role supports housing navigation, referrals, and collaboration with CCS programs and legal teams. The successful candidate will conduct interviews, spot legal issues, document case notes, and coordinate with interpreters.
