Job Title: Family Advocate
Job Summary: The Family Advocate will work in partnership with parents/ guardians/families to support positive growth in a strength-based family directed manner.
Job Qualification:- High School diploma or GED
- 23 years of experience working with families in a social service, early childhood, or communitybased setting is required
- Ability to obtain a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field within 18 months of hire
Compensation: $19.86 - $27.66 Based on Education and Experience.
Benefits: State Health Insurance, State Pension, 100% Tuition covered for position related degrees, $500 sign-on/$500 Retention bonus, paid sick and annual leave.
