Network Engineer

Job Details Job Number: 26-00798 Location: Hershey, PA Position Overview A network engineer to help with the rollout of the new network and to support day‑to‑day operations. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in a related role with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise‑level (Data Center/Campus) network infrastructure. General experience managing and completing IT‑related projects in a mid‑to‑large‑scale network environment. Proficiency in network protocols, including TCP/IP, VxLAN, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, IEEE 802.1x, SD‑WAN, multicast, Wi‑Fi protocols. Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Experience troubleshooting and supporting a wide range of infrastructure technologies including Aruba & Extreme Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Extreme and Aruba Wireless, Infoblox DNS, Mitel Phone System. A strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
