Rides Team Member (Ages 16+)Department: Ride OperationsReports To: Ride LeadPosition Type: Seasonal (through end of October)About the JobLooking for a weekend job where you're right in the middle of the action? As a Rides Team Member at Enchanted Parks, you'll help guests enjoy their favorite rides safely while working in a fun, fast‑paced outdoor environment. This is a great fall job for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of the park's excitement.NEW! Team Members who work after 4pm during Fright Fest will earn an additional $2/hr on top of their standard rate of pay!Why Work at Enchanted Parks?Free park admissionTeam member ride nights and special eventsFlexible schedulingOn‑the‑job training providedGreat experience in teamwork, responsibility, and guest serviceOpen to applicants 16 years and olderNEW! Earn an additional $2/hr incentive after 4pm during Fright Fest!What You'll DoAssist guests with safely loading and unloading ridesCheck safety restraints and ensure guests meet ride requirementsOperate ride controls when assignedMonitor rides while they are in motion to ensure guest safetyClearly explain ride safety rules and procedures to guestsHelp maintain a clean and organized ride areaFollow Enchanted Parks' safety procedures and Guest‑First service standardsWork as part of a team to keep rides running smoothlyAssist with other duties as needed by ride leadershipWhat We're Looking ForMinimum age: 16Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsFriendly, energetic, and professional attitudeAbility to multitask and stay focused in a fast‑paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to lift 40-50 lbs and push up to 30 lbsReliable attendance and willingness to follow proceduresOther DutiesAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support ride operations and overall park success.Ready to Apply?Apply online at EnchantedParks.com/JobsEnchanted Parks is a Smoke‑Free, Drug‑Free Equal Opportunity Employer.
