Weareproblemsolversandprideourselvesoncustomersatisfaction,anticipatingwhatourcustomersneedandvalue.Wecanaccommodate24/7supporthandlingminoremergencyprojectsaswellasmulti-million-dollarprojects. BriefJobDescription: Theexpectationofourprojectmanagersistoplanandsuperviseawiderangeofconstructionprojectsfromstarttofinish.Organizeandoverseeconstructionproceduresandensuretheyarecompletedinatimelyandefficientmanner.Coordinatingateamofprofessionalsofdifferentdisciplinestoachievethebestresults.Utilizinganalyticalandorganizationalskillswiththegoalofensuringallprojectsaredeliveredontimeaccordingtorequirementsandwithoutexceedingbudget. Conductallcommunicationwithcustomers,vendors,andteammembersinaprofessionalmanner.Regularlycontactclients,anticipatetheirneeds,andofferasuperiorlevelofcustomerservice. Theidealapplicantwillbehighlyorganized,withtheabilitytoplanaheadandmultitaskinordertomeetdeadlinesandkeepprojectsunderbudget. Responsibilities: Bidwalksandabilitytoplan/definescopeforestimating. Bidreviewandassistinfinalizingproposals Conductprojectkickoffmeetings Manageprojectfinancials,managingscheduleofvaluesandcommunicatingbillingneeds Workwithseverallevelofresourcerequirementstomeetprojectneedsincluding,estimating,engineering,logisticalsupport,shopfabrication,andaccounting. Overseeconstructionprojectsfrombeginningtoend Managethebudgetandestimatecosts Determinethenecessaryequipment,materials,andmanpowerneeded Keeptrackofinventory,toolsandequipment Ensuresuppliesandequipmentareorderedanddeliveredaccordingtoschedule Preparereportsregardingjobstatus Resolveanyproblemsthatmayarise Ensurecompliancewithsafetyregulationsandbuildingcodes Evaluaterisks Trainandmentorconstructionworkersandconstructionlaborersdependingonthesizeoftheproject Collaboratewithsubcontractors,engineers,architectsandkeyteammembersoftheprojectteam Negotiatewithexternalvendorsoncontractagreements Obtaintheappropriatepermitsandlicensesfromauthoritiesforconstructionsites Planconstructionoperations Ensurealldeadlinesaremet Hirecontractorsandstaffincludingconstructionlaborers Managemanpowerneeds Delegateresponsibilities Allocateandmanageresourcestoensurethattheyareavailablewhentheyareneededthroughouttheconstructionprojects Keepallstakeholdersawareoftheprogressonprojectsandprepareprogressreportsregularly Handleanyenvironmentalorlocalcommunityissuesthatmaycomeupduringaproject Conductsitecheckstomonitorprogressandqualitystandards EducationandExperience: BSc/BAdegreeinArchitecture,BuildingScience,Engineering,ConstructionManagement,oranotherrelatedfield PMPoranequivalentcertificationwouldbeconsideredanasset Extensivepreviousworkexperiencemanagingbudgetsforconstructionprojects Excellentknowledgeofconstructionmaterialsandequipment Highlyorganized Previousexperienceinaleadershiprolewithstrongandprovenleadershipskills KnowledgeofMSOfficeSuite Previousworkexperienceinconstructionmanagementoranothersimilarrole Understandingofconstructionmanagementprocesses Abletoplanahead Familiarwithconstructionandprojectmanagementsoftwareprograms Excellentknowledgeofrelevantrulesandregulationsaswellasqualitystandardsandhumanresources Conflictresolutionandconflictmanagementexperience Excellenttimemanagementability Abletomultitaskwithastrongunderstandingofcoremanagerduties Excellentcommunicationskillsandinterpersonalabilities,includingnegotiationskills CompensationandBenefits: SalaryRangeof$100,000to$120,000,dependingonexperience.
