Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Southern Dental Birmingham has proudly served Central Alabama for over a decade, building lasting relationships with our patients and communities. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care in a welcoming environment where every patient leaves with a smile.

We're currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Birmingham team . If you're passionate about dentistry, love helping people, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused setting, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
Verify insurance and file claims
Confirm and schedule appointments
Handle patient accounts and answer phone calls
Collaborate with front desk team to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous dental experience
Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Strong communication and time management skills
Reliable and team-oriented
Dentrix knowledge preferred
Excellent telephone etiquette

Qualifications:

Experience with dental billing and insurance processing
Strong phone and customer service skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Team player with excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
