Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional engineering programs from initiation through successful delivery. Coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams while effectively managing interdependencies. Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful execution. Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, providing regular status updates and executive‑level reporting. Drive issue resolution and decision‑making processes to minimize project impacts and maintain delivery commitments. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance processes throughout the program lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to achieve program goals. Required Qualifications Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional engineering programs. Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle complex dependencies. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in risk management, progress tracking, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive results in fast‑paced environments. Experience with program management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project/program management certifications. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
