Real Estate Mentor

Who you work with matters.

We are looking for an experienced real estate agent who wants to mentor developing agents, strengthen their leadership skills, and learn how to grow a productive real estate team while continuing to build their own business and earn rewarding commissions. This can be one of the most valuable roles within Keller Williams for an agent interested in leadership, coaching, and eventually building a team of their own.

You will work directly with newer agents through coaching, accountability, lead generation, database development, follow-up, and practical field experience. By helping agents establish productive habits and improve their client conversations, you will gain valuable experience leading people, creating systems, and developing a culture of consistent activity.

You will also support agents as they work with buyers and sellers, navigate transactions, and convert opportunities into business. Along the way, you will learn how to organize a growing group, develop agents, create accountability, and build systems that can support a larger real estate business.

This opportunity is ideal for a productive agent who enjoys helping others succeed and wants to develop the leadership experience needed to grow beyond individual production and begin building a team.

Compensation:

$160,00 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor new agents to develop their skills and confidence in real estate transactions.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client interactions and relationship building.
• Facilitate regular coaching sessions to help agents set and achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Assist agents in generating leads and building a robust client database for sustainable growth.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to agents as they navigate complex transactions.
• Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with agents to create and implement effective systems for managing their business activities efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate transactions, with a proven track record of successful deals.

• Ability to mentor and guide new agents, fostering their growth and confidence.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Ability to lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client interactions.

• Experience in facilitating coaching sessions that drive personal and professional growth.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support in navigating complex transactions.

• Experience in generating leads and building a robust client database for sustainable growth.

• Real estate license required/Commission opportunity.
