Junior Trader - Agency CMO & MBS Desk

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Trader to join our Agency CMO and MBS trading desk. This is an early career opportunity designed for an individual looking to develop a deep understanding of structured products, fixed-income markets, and trade execution. The candidate will work directly with senior traders and the team to support daily desk operations, manage trade lifecycles, and assist in risk management.
