No prior service advisor experience needed - we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed. What You'll Do: As a Service Advisor Trainee, you'll learn how to guide customers through their vehicle service experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and capture vehicle information
- Listen to customer concerns and service needs
- Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles
- Prepare clear and accurate service estimates
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Review completed work and explain invoices
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfort with computers and learning new systems
- Motivation to build a long-term automotive career
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Competitive pay $18-$22/ hour (based on experience and performance)
